What is Crypto XLNC?

Crypto XLNC is a crypto trading service that operates through Separately Managed Accounts (SMAs). You trade in your own exchange account, in your own name, using automated strategies managed by our system. Your assets are never pooled and never held by Crypto XLNC.

How does it work?

Once approved, you connect your exchange account using trade-only API access. Our system then trades automatically on your behalf according to our strategies. You retain full custody of your funds, full control over deposits and withdrawals, and full transparency into trades and performance. Crypto XLNC cannot withdraw or move your funds.

Crypto XLNC charges a 20% performance fee on net trading profits only. There are no management fees and no subscription fees.

When are fees charged?

Fees are charged only on new cumulative profits above your prior High-Water Mark. When trading activity results in cumulative net profits, Crypto XLNC issues an invoice for the applicable performance fee. Monthly account statements and platform announcements are sent via email, regardless of whether a fee is due.

What is a High-Water Mark?

A High-Water Mark ensures you only pay performance fees on new profits. If your account experiences a drawdown, no performance fees are charged until the account recovers and exceeds its previous high. Deposits and withdrawals are fully adjusted so fees are never charged on your contributed capital.
